Before Purchase
Please review the quality and content of the photo carefully before buying. If you find a defect after purchase, contact the Site Administration through the feedback form or by phone at +380977792222. Refund requests are reviewed individually and require proof of defect (such as a screenshot or photo).
When a Refund is Possible
- The photo quality is significantly worse than shown before purchase and cannot be corrected.
- The photo size differs from what was listed before purchase.
- A technical failure occurred on the website during payment, caused by the Site Administration.
- The photo could not be downloaded after payment due to a fault of the Site Administration.
- Other issues directly caused by the Site Administration or photographer.
Refunds are not issued for issues related to your internet connection, device malfunctions, banking errors, or other unrelated technical problems.
Conditions for Requesting a Refund
- The request is made within 14 days of purchase.
- The purchase is confirmed through your personal account on momenthunter.studio.
Refunds are processed within 14 days (7 days to notify the photographer and 7 days for the Site Administration to review the issue).
Important Notes
Refunds are given only if a clear defect is confirmed. If possible, a corrected photo may be offered instead. To start the process, email admin@momenthunter.studio with a photo that clearly shows the defect. If no defect is visible, the photo is considered valid and non-refundable.
